GOOD TO KNOW

GOT A QUESTION ABOUT OUR PRICES?

  • Not at all. Most women start with a taster, then move onto a membership because it’s the best value. But there’s no big commitment. PAYG and blocks of 4 classes are there if you need more flexibility.

However, memberships are the best value option and you also become part of the LYFE community!

  • Start with a £5 taster class. If you love it, memberships start from £65 a month and give you the best value. Prefer more flexibility? PAYG is £13.50 or a block of 4 classes is £45.

  • Yes. Plans change. Just cancel at least 8 hours before your class so we can offer your mat to someone else. Late cancellations will mean you lose the class, and repeated late cancellations on Unlimited can affect advance booking.

  • We don’t normally freeze memberships, but we know life sometimes throws you a curveball. If there are exceptional circumstances, have a chat with us and we’ll always do our best to help.

  • Not at all. There is no joining fee or year-long contract. Simply select the membership that suits you best and join us.

  • No problem. If you can’t make it to the studio you can join us live online, or if you are a member you can catch up with a recording when it suits you. Pilates that fits around your life.
